Management
Our Founder
Takashi Otsuka started his journey in the restaurant industry at 18 years old, after moving to the U.S. from Japan. While working at his aunt's Japanese restaurants and attending college, Takashi learned how to cook and prepare sushi, as well as how to handle the business aspect of the industry. After graduating from Georgia State University, he worked as a general manager at his aunt's restaurants and as a sushi chef and manager at a few other establishments.

Takashi then opened his own restaurant, Wagaya. After its success, he opened up two additional restaurants and founded MGK Hospitality as a parent company to current and future establishments.
While MGK Hospitality is a relatively small organization with over 50 employees, we delegate the duties and responsibilities to experts in each field to maximize productivity.

We continuously seek for great talents developing our organization for more growth.
